I am utterly in shock with how this company can continue selling expensive outerwear clothing and be so dismissive and scammy and horrible. I ordered a pair of snow pants and found them to be too large, I went to return them and surprise, the window for returns was closed. I had made the purchase less than 4 weeks ago how did this happen? When I go to check if this is true I see that I never received any shipping information, no tracking number and no delivery date, nothing to cross reference. I was out of town when the package had come (and was shocked that it did without a shipping email from the seller that I had been looking for for weeks). First red flag after purchase. If you know anything about buying ski gear you have to be incredibly picky, that should be an understanding the company has. I tried my luck by emailing their customer service and was pleased to get a quick response so late at night. I went to bed with the intention of taking pictures of the pants for the email reply in the morning when the lighting was better. Morning comes and the helpful email I was ready to reply to had been UNSENT. If I hadn’t already started a reply the night before I would have no record of this. It had been about 12 hours since I had received the reply and I was in shock. I thought they were happy to help? With the shipping email never to be found and an unsent reply I said goodbye to my hard earned money and have spent the rest of my day trying to track down whoever is allowing this to happen. Save your money and don’t shop here.
