Product looked great, but unfortunately wasn’t compatible with our car seat. They claim to offer a 30 day free trial so contacted customer services to arrange a return and refund but never heard back (two weeks and counting). They have a complicated terms and conditions style page on their website with returns instructions so followed this and send the product back via Royal Mail at my own expense, but RM tracking shows two failed deliveries and Snugglebundl have not booked a redelivery so will I ever get my refund?
