I ordered a quilted duvet cover set and waited two weeks for its arrival. What I received was merely an image of a quilted comforter printed on polyester fabric, which is extremely low quality. Their refund policy claims that a refund is possible if the product is significantly different from what was advertised. However, the company informed me that since this issue relates to product expectations rather than a defect or incorrect item, they cannot process a full refund. I do not recommend purchasing from them. The product feels very cheap. I'm extremely disappointed!
