I placed an order worth €350 to Australia. It got rejected by customs which is one thing, but Snusline will just hide behind their policies, get your order destroyed and offer nothing to work with the customer. It took over a month to even find out what happened. I ended up out of my money, no option to try to reship and not even offered a discount or some way to try and get a bit of money back. Do not order from these guys, go to a company that does not just keep your money if something goes wrong and tries to look after a consistent customer.
