I finally received snus that was ordered August 18th.The package arrived October 21st.The shipping label was issued September 17th - a month after the order was placed.I lost count of how many emails I sent to customer service, however most of them were answered. I was told to keep waiting as apparently the delay was caused by public holidays which affected Israel Post. I still don’t understand why my order was dispatched in mid September rather than August. I wish snusline was more transparent about what to expect when we were placing the order. If on their website or during the checkout process I had been informed about the delay (they knew September was full of public hols) it probably would have saved lots of stress, uncertainty and unnecessary emails on both sides. I am not surprised that so many people see it as an exit scam now, as it had crossed my mind too, while I was waiting and waiting. Beginning of October I checked snusline Instagram profile and they haven’t posted since 15th of August, which raised a red flag too.I hope everyone who has been waiting will receive their snus shortly. I have been buying from snusline for years now, quality of their products is great, I can only hope they will get back to their previous, good standards.
