I've been trying to contact support for 5 days now, through emails and messaging, and no one is responding. My order has been with the courier for over 11 days, and all I want is to change the address or get it moving. This is unacceptable; this is my fourth order, and this has never happened before. It seems they lack customer support, which is very concerning. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed, as I really liked the platform.
