I think I fell for all the comments about how great this company is, but my experience has been anything but that. I documented everything so I can prove that things are not as shiny as they seem at first glance. Already at the very beginning, before completing the challenges, I had several questions for support, and they remained unanswered for quite a long time. When answers finally did come, they were incomplete, some questions were simply ignored, and the level of friendliness was not exactly pleasant either.After completing the challenge, it took three days before I even got access to start placing orders in the reward phase. There were also some issues— instead of one account I received two, which resulted in a notification that I had violated the rules, even though I hadn’t, and they closed the additional account. Throughout the whole process, I’ve found it difficult to focus on my trading style, because I’m constantly restricted by various rules that don’t seem normal to me. You’re not allowed to have days that are “too good,” otherwise it becomes difficult to receive your reward payout.Anyway, until now I’ve been using FTMO, and I believe it’s the only prop firm that operates fairly, allowing you to trade in your own way without having to stress about additional nonsensical rules. In my opinion, I recommend avoiding this company.
