I placed an order on Nov 29, and the item never shipped. For weeks, I was informed that it was backordered, only to suddenly be told it had been delivered, which was false. After receiving multiple conflicting emails without any tracking information, they attempted to charge me an extra $239 for shipping nearly a month later. When I declined, they canceled my order. The communication was extremely poor, updates were misleading, and it was a total waste of time. I will not order from this service again.
