Ordered a mystery box for my son on the 10th November. To date, nothing has arrived. Son was very disappointed on Christmas day and cried. Contacted the company in the couple of weeks before Christmas, as I was unable to track the parcel. They said it was stuck at customs. I have however received a refund for the item, even though I hadn't actually asked for one. I was just enquiring at the time, where the parcel had got to. This makes me wonder if the item was ever sent in the first place. Thanks for the reply, but nearly 3 months on, the item has still not arrived. I can't quite believe that it's still stuck at customs. Royal mail website says there is no tracking available with the order number. Whilst I appreciated the return of the funds, which is why I gave 3 stars not 1, it still didn't make up for the heartache on Christmas day. No other item was going to replace this item that my son so desperately wanted. Very upsetting.
