Non-existent customer service! I ordered a few products (EXPENSIVE products) on the 7th of Dec 2021 and by 16th of Feb 2022 they STILL haven't arrived. I wrote them, nothing, ignored. They gave me a tracking number and in the USPS website says that they just created the label (they think that we are stupid).Such a scam.
