One star is too generous! Let me start with the worst aspect: the SEO work they did for me turned into an absolute disaster! As an author, proper English is crucial, and I didn't realize the extremely poor English they posted for my SEO until weeks later. While everything was subpar, the Shop category was the worst. They claimed: Best Book for Children, and the text below said: Looking to shop children book about cat stories? Shop Circus.... Additionally, the link only displayed 2 of my 4 books. They created another link with the same terrible English that now shows all 4 of my books. In case a potential customer missed the first poorly-worded link, it appeared again. How fantastic!!! This was the worst part, but they also misrepresented information under "Contact" and incorrectly placed my contact info under "Press". How much more incompetent can it get??? This has been the biggest disservice to me! If they had just taken my money without doing anything, I would have been better off. I have been trying to get them to fix this for a month, repeatedly asking them to please resolve it; I even called them. It seems any SEO work is semi-permanent, and I have to wait for the search engine to address it. I'm not even sure if that's true, as I've been given various reassurances, but nothing has improved. Recently, I had a new book release that I was hesitant to promote, and I stopped expensive radio ads when I realized this issue. I even had a radio interview that went well, but resulted in zero sales due to the poor SEO work. Personally, I would mark a website with such bad English with a big red mental X, especially as an author. Last year, after a similar radio interview, I sold 40 books in just a few hours. I can only warn anyone thinking of doing business with this company. It's often said we must learn from our mistakes, but perhaps you can learn from mine... Furthermore, despite my numerous requests to have something posted on my social media accounts in October, nothing appeared for more than 40 days. They prioritized their team's convenience for endless edits, which then required more edits, due to the utter carelessness and lack of quality control in the organization.
