I would not work with this company; as a consumer you are told to make purchases and submit receipts to get either a partial or full refund. However, when my receipts were approved, I was told I would get an email from Tremendous Rewards so I could cash out. They use Zendesk platform - so many already know what that means? In any event contacted them about non-receipt, when I got no real response I request my personal info to see if I gave them wrong info. Instead, got email closed account. So I decided to go on and open a new account with new purchases and again no email to get the reward they approved. Stay away from this Canadian based company deceptive trade practices. wlj2455-now.
