Always been a tech geek but never knew how to turn that passion into a paycheck. Social Sale Rep opened that door for me with their with their incredible live chat training. Their comprehensive approach not only taught me the ropes of effective communication but also how to leverage my tech skills in a customer support role. Got my first job with a tech startup last month and loving every bit of it!
Any job that makes *you* pay for training is automatically a red flag. Training should be included with the job. Most, if not, all jobs on the site are fake or expired. This isn't even mentioning all of the fake job listings this website has on other job portals to get more people to buy into their scam. They literally have another website (jobtacular.com) that has a TON of fake job listings, all of which, links back to socialsalerep. The fact that they (claim to) have been operating for 5 years without any sort of legal action against them is surprising and frightening.
I wish I read reviews before trying to start. I am disabled with scoliosis so looking for work from home so Incan work my own hours. $17 seem like a good deal if I could really get the job. Someone even called me but now I can’t get in touch with them. I have children I could have paid have them the money. I completed all the training just to find out Inhave to pay more to access a job. This company is misleading and ripping people of $17 add up for these crooks
Is there training? Yes. Does it lead to a job? No. You still have to search for a job and likely won't find one.The payment for training isn't huge, but it's enough to make you keep paying for additional training with no return on the investment.
... and to think I was going to send this place money to help me get a work from home job. I am glad I looked up some reviews, thank you, everyone. I will not be signing up. And SocialSaleRep... you ought to be ashamed of yourselves! Scams are not cool. You don't have to reply to this review, I won't come back to look. Try making money the honest way :)
This company is FRAUDULENT and they should be traced and SUED for false advertised emails, and I may just be the one to do so.They send you a ton of emails about chat support gigs to take and once you go to the website, they make you pay for certs, and it’s very misleading.Then I called the number provided for support 4252233314, and it leads to a voicemail for Cody Carol. No real organization would do that. Take it from me, do not use this site! Also the good reviews are giving paid actors.
After pay $1 for a training for Live Chat Job, I discovered that this training was just bla, bla, bla... Just a way to make you buy other products or a promise to access valuable job offers. Today I've received an e-mail for a job offer at ETSY Support totally remote from Portugal. Guess what, that “job” offer doesn't exist! I've just lost a dollar, hope you don't lose money on this.
I have registered and completed all the training. I imagine I will immediately practice in a big company as a Live Chat Assistance which is always promoted by SocialSaleRep but all of that is LIES!!I have wasted time and money!!
