My connection has been lost for almost a week. Technicians rocked up at my premises yesterday while I was at work. Brilliant!!!! No phone call or no call made to my alternative contact number. Nice!!! I am up to wits end with VUMA! I do online studies and need my connection sorted ASAP.

I maintain that this fibre service is the worst. They lack professional communication and do not resolve technical issues quickly. Once again, it's been two days of internet outage with no reimbursement or alternative solutions offered.

Highly Recommended Service

This service has been incredibly reliable. Since installation six years ago, the connection has remained stable with no issues, and I haven't needed to contact support. The internet only goes down during power outages, never due to the fibre. Truly dependable!

Frustrating Delays

Connecting the fibre cable to the split box should be a quick task, yet it's taking this service eight days to complete it. Their technical team is subpar, and complaints are not adequately addressed. I advise clients to consider switching to another provider.

I requested to terminate my service at my old address and activate it at my new address on specific dates. After following up daily for a week, I still received no updates. My old service was disconnected without notice, and now I am left waiting for installation at my new place. Looking for a provider with better turnaround time!

Terrible Customer Experience

I reported an issue on December 26 but received no communication until two days later. After a brief period of connectivity, the internet failed again. It was labeled as an area outage, and despite being told it was resolved, I still had no connection. Their customer service is unacceptable. Avoid this option!
