I submitted multiple support tickets for likes and followers orders that were either partially delivered or not delivered at all. For every ticket, I received the same automated response, assuring me that my request was being processed, yet nothing was resolved. Some orders didn't even generate support tickets, making follow-up impossible. Overall experience: only automated replies, no real action, some orders ineligible for support, and no clear path to refunds. I strongly advise caution before purchasing, as there seems to be no effective way to get help or resolution.
