The directors of SWF have extensive experience of recruiting within social care and are looking to break the mould of agencies within the sector. SWF are looking to engage with social workers across the country and build a community that promotes the successes and welfare of social workers in the UK. With demand increasing year on year for experienced social workers, we have seen the toll this has taken on the workforce and are acutely aware of how SWs are often overlooked and undervalued.
