I had multiple interviews with a company, and the recruiter said I just needed to wait for the offer letter. Then they stopped communicating with me. I reached out repeatedly, and the recruiter kept making excuses. I contacted the company directly and found out they had already filled the position. The recruiter did not inform me and continued to make excuses and mislead me. Incredibly unprofessional and a waste of time. I would give zero stars if that were an option.
