Outstanding support experience. I had a defective stainless steel bottle that was replaced without any hassle. Having used the service for over 20 years, I can't envision going back to carrying bottles and cans. As someone with a disability, that would be unmanageable now. My bubbles and flavorings arrive at my doorstep with very little effort from me.
