Frank and his team were outstanding! I was referred to the service by the delivery team who brought in a sofa that wouldn't fit through the door to the basement. I spoke with Frank, who managed to fit me in the next day. Upon arrival, the team explored all options to get the sofa downstairs—at one point, it seemed it might go through the window, but they managed it with minimal disturbance! They were efficient, friendly, and considerate; despite the considerable cost on top of the new sofa, their service was worth every penny!
