DO NOT BUY FROM This COMPANY. they falsely advertise sofas, don't expect to get what you see on the pictures. I've been back and forth with their "AI" customer service over Whatsapp. paid £609.99 for a sofa that looks nothing like the picture the measurements also stated that the sofa was 240cm x 240cm. when it arrived it was drag up the stairs by the delivery guy who decided to bring his son with him who looked about 14-15 years old. charged me £20 for bringing it up the stairs which I handed over to his son. I checked over the sofa and he had cracked one of the feet he then also tried to say that he was going to charge me £20 and the item in which my sofa came in 3 parts was never stated. because his son accepted the cash he wasn't then able to charge me more. I've been back and forth with them over whatsapp and had agreed by the end of it they would bring me the correct sofa and correct size also covering the costs. I decided to check their website today and noticed that they had changed the measurement for my sofa to 210 meaning this would be the biggest size. there was not such size as a corn symmetrical at 240cm x 240cm. so how would they be replacing my sofa with the correct sofa if there's no such sofa in that size?!. luckily I've taken screenshots of all the conversations and sizing of the sofa before they changed it. I will be taking them to trading standards!! as this is so not fair on customers thinking they are getting what they're seeing when there's no such thing as that.
Replacement delivery was for today. So the delivery company has just been,the sofa you they had sent to swap is the exact same one not a different size at all. Not only have they messed me about and the delivery driver for driving over 3 Hours. I still have not got the sofa I've paid for..
Their response- I am really sorry about this. I will look into it further for you and get in touch with both the manufacturer and the logistics team.

I've told them time and time again that I cannot return the sofa and be left with nothing I have a 2.5 year old. They expected me to pull money out of thin air to buy a replacement sofa so they can have this back. You can't buy a sofa next day delivery in which I've also stated to them.
