The sofa bed was delivered in 3 weeks and 4 days, and it is very sturdy and nice. The customer support team- James to be exact- came back to me quick every time I needed an update, so it was a five start experience overall.Now, there are place for improvements for sure, but my interactions with James was so good that it would cover all the shortcomings. I needed the item ASAP so I have reached out before ordering and James said that they would try to deliver it in 2 weeks. After I put down the order and sent him the order number, he updated me that they don't have that specific fabric, so it would take more.It would be best if I knew what fabrics are available to begin with, but since he immediately came back to me, I had the chance to change it if time was more important than the fabric.Since we texted each other over WhatsApp, I could follow up with him asynchronously, which suits me most because usually I am in meetings and don't have time for phone calls.The quality of both the bed and the sofa was really good. I bought the "Cheshire Double Box Bed" which is one of their best sellers. However, the top part is a bit heavy so if you buy it for an old guest, you'll need to set it up and back again yourself. I wish they could have made it a bit lighter or add a mechanism to help people with that, but other than that there is no complains. :) The sofa bed is useful in more ways than what I expected and it was cozy to sleep on for my guests.
