Positives:Before purchasing, the support was genuinely excellent. The team was responsive, helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They even offered free delivery to an EU country that wasn’t listed on their website, which I really appreciated and thought was a great gesture.The sofa itself is beautiful and very comfortable. The colour is lovely, it feels full and well-made (slightly firmer than expected), and it looks fantastic in our space. We’re really enjoying it.Communication & Delivery:During production and dispatch, communication wasn’t always 100% clear. However, the team was always polite and helpful whenever I reached out.In the end, the sofa arrived just a few days after the estimated arrival date - somewhat unexpectedly, but not bad.Costs & Logistics:One downside was the import fee, which ended up being higher than the estimate we had discussed. That was a bit of a downer. That said, even with the additional customs charges, the sofa still worked out to be a decent deal compared to competitors offering similar styles and quality.WeightSome other reviews mentioned that the packages were heavey, but I really did not think so, compared to normal couch. One of the reasons we chose this sofa was with an eye to future moves and in that regard I think the sofa is great. Final Thoughts:Despite some bumps along the road and import costs, we’re very happy with the sofa itself and the team at Sofaluz.
