It is effectively a wall of silence disguised as support.Like others, I have been forced to initiate a bank dispute for non-delivery. If you value your money and your peace of mind, avoid this company at all costs. They are happy to take your payment but have no intention of honoring their logistics commitments. Absolute avoid.
