I bought a hoodie for my daughter for £34.90 in size small. When it arrived, it was very small and the fabric was low quality. I emailed to request a return as per their policy, but they asked for photos of the item before considering a refund. They offered an exchange or a credit note, which I didn't want. After several emails, they offered a 50% refund without returning the item or a full refund with return shipping costs to overseas. In the end, I accepted the partial refund but will never use this site again. If I could give zero stars, I would. I hope the partial refund comes through, but I'm not optimistic.
