This was my first online order since their products aren’t in stores anymore. I paid with GPay, which has my current address, but they sent it to an old address from 9 years ago. When I contacted customer service, they said they would refund me once the product was returned, but since no signature was needed, my package ended up 400 miles away. I don’t understand how they got the old address.
