I booked a family meal for 4 and my daughter was also able to attend at the last moment, so thinking we could just add a seat on the end of our table we thought that would be ok. It was for Christmas and my Mother’s 90th Birthday and we had come all the way from London and Brighton for the occasion.I was completely shocked when we turned up at the Restaurant to be told by one man rudely that we could not be come in as we only had booked for 4. I tried to explain that we had come all the way from London and Brighton but no apologies we were basically shown the door. I have never felt so humiliated by a restaurant. Your Customer Service is Zero and frankly the rudeness from your staff was intolerable. Zero effort was applied to try and accommodate us which was so disappointing. The family felt totally humiliated and frankly we will not visit again. David McNair
