Ok so I only do a review if necessary. Three times now when I have ordered (and this will be the last) each time they are not happy when you pay by card, they try to put the phone down so you can pay cash instead (I do wonder why) Also try to leave it so you can pick up rather than deliver. I do not like the way the phone call is hurried. Very unhelpful. They rush you on the phone so they get what they want (cash in hand and pick up) when you try to bring this up it just feels like you’re an inconvenience. I only tipped because the delivery lady was lovely and I made sure it went to her. However, I can not fault the food. All they need to change is their mannerisms, and let the customer have their decisions.
