OMG This company is such a SCAM and Instagram should really take this account down. I have no idea where they are based out of, but they have the worst customer service and will charge you, and you will NOT receive your order!! I made the mistake of ordering with them and not researching the company first. I ordered, I was charged that same day. I received an email that my order was received and that I would get a second email once my order had been shipped out. I am now going on 3 weeks and have not received that email. I have written numerous emails to this company to find out why my order has still not shipped out and they say oh you will receive an email today and still nothing this has been going on for days!!! Do yourself a favor and tick to the brow pencils at Sephora.
