In fact the instructions say DO NOT USE ON HIGH IT WILL CAUSE IT TO SHORT OUT.Would never have ordered if I was told the truth. Their reply is worthless. I contacted company first and still didn't work and got no help. I am out shipping where the product would not work. CS says I understand but don't refund shipping ... then you don't understand. Cost me money and my time. People should know reply's are a run around cause still won't pay for return shipping, defective product.
