After making the decision to move away from gas and go to electric heating we soon became aware for this to be affordable we needed solar. Having looked at other suppliers we decided to go with OVO South Coast.The experience was positive from initial planning to installation the staff were enthusiastic and professional the work being carried out to a high standard and at price that was very competitive. The system has now being running for 2 month's with out problem and is actually making money. I did feel that the 8 weeks to setup it took to setup the Smart Export Guarantee (payment method for exported electricity) was to long but as this a government initiative was outside of OVO control. We have had a couple of issues with the Fox Cloud app, which monitors the solar system, but these were sorted out with help from Rhys Webb our aftercare contact.
