Overall, we had a positive experience with Solarfig. The team was professional and responsive throughout the process, providing us updates every step of the way.The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the installation timeline took longer than we expected, which we understand to mainly be due to utility approval and coordination with SCE. That part was outside of Solarfig’s control, but it would have been nice for us to be told that things could take longer here. I’ll spare the name of the representative because we’re not sure if he was even properly informed as he seemed a bit new, but we were told things would be up and running within 1 month and we ended up getting installed nearly 4 months later.Aside from that, everything went well, and we’re happy with the system and the service we received. I would recommend Solarfig to others who are considering solar but just know things can take longer than expected depending on where you live.
