From the outset, my experience was disappointing. The initial contact to book a quote visit was extremely poor. The sales representative seemed to be in a hurry and did not take the time to address my needs or discuss my project in detail. I was informed that a quote would only be provided if all homeowners were present, which I found quite unreasonable.On the day of the quote visit, one of the homeowners was unavailable, and as a result, the sales representative insisted that no quote would be provided. This lack of flexibility and consideration for the customer is concerning. All I required was some basic costing to determine if the project was worth progressing, yet it seems there was no effort made to accommodate this request.Given these experiences, I am left with the impression that there may be significant issues in dealing with your organization moving forward. I hope you take this feedback constructively to improve your customer service and processes.
