When considering companies to carry out home improvements for Windows/Doors/Conservatories there are several factors to think about.Value - Reputable company - Honest reviews - Guarantee's- Employed fitters ( Not contractors) and the whole customer journey.This is where SolarFrame set the standard.I contacted 3 reputable companies, SolarFrame got back to me prompt the following day at 9am to book a call in with their home consultant Saj, where the other two companies took 3 to 4 days, this was a big tick for Solarframe from the outset.I would like to share my well deserved customer experience to all new SolarFrame prospects thinking of engaging a true reputable company that delivers on its promise.Within a week i had a visit from Saj the local home design consultant for the East Midlands. Saj was such a lovely guy, absolutely no pressure sales what so ever, no false quotes and heavy discounting to get the deal done that day. Very knowledgeable and great honest recommendations. Saj supplied great literature and samples of choice and delivered SolarFrames unique customer promise.The price i received was an honest price in my opinion, as i was not looking for cheap, that's where quality gets compromised and no after sales back up from past experience, it felt right and in line with my budget expectations.After deciding to give Saj the order and deposit which i received a guarantee by e mail next morning was followed up by a call from SolarFrame's in house team to book a date for a surveyor visit. (Booked) At that time i was also introduced to Conner the installations manager who would be looking after our installation and the team of fitters.Following the survey, i received a call from Conner to book in the fitting date (23/1/2026).Morning of the 23rd The fitters Jordan & Ben arrived prompt and on time. Such lovely guys. Jordan instantly talked me through what he was going to do by each stage as we were having windows & large sliding doors fitted. Jordan checked in with me at every stage to check i was happy.I must commend these fitters they had a great can do attitude and nothing was too much trouble, attention to detail was second to none, taking their time and making sure the finishing was of high standard.Jordan & Ben cleaned up the installation really well and removed all rubbish and old units to a standard you would have thought they had not been on site. Employed fitters by SolarFrame and delivered the constant customer experience throughout the installation. I have had many fitters over the years in many houses but none as particular as Jordan & Ben.👌.Jordan & Ben finished later than expected in the dark and cold, but just got on with it.The next day i received a call from Conner to see if i was happy with the installation and to pay the final balance. The same day i received paid in full invoice with a pack including all guarantee's etc.In summary!In this day of age you would have to go a long way to find companies that deliver what i call 'world class customer service from all the SolarFrame team involved on my installation.The communication was seamless from the very first call, including all documentation throughout the installation to payment.I will be contacting SolarFrame again soon for phase two of my home improvements.Well done team SolarFrame & thankyou for a great customer experience.Best wishes.Mr A Saunders ( Nottinghamshire)
