Wayne the surveyor was exceptional, he went out of his way to make sure the replacement roof was exactly what we wanted, he arranged for a special box gutter to be made to reduce the width size and also advise against a vega window. He even came on the first day of the visit to ensure everything was correct. The fitters Connor and James worked through Storm Claudia. All the staff we came in contact with were very good. There was a lot more mess created than I imagined. There were a few mishaps, but all were rectified.
