We recently had windows and doors manufactured and fitted by Solar Frame. The whole experience from the very initial contact and then sales appointment through to the team coming in and fitting has been a positive one.What really has stood out is their honest and straightforward approach we experienced in our dealings with them.They did not try to upsell, in fact they were honest if they felt the change was not in your best interest and raised some valid and advisory points that we had not necessarily considered - thus being of detriment to the overall order, but was seen as being in our best interests.They were not aggressive or pushy in the sales function, they gave us the space to be able to go over the information and we were the ones to follow up - they certainly in my experience were adept at putting the customer first.Whilst Solar Frame are not the cheapest on the market the overall experience, quality of the product and the actual finish is excellent, I would certainly recommend to friends and family.
