I recently had the frames on my old conservatory replaced and upgraded to a solid roof, and I’m absolutely overjoyed with the result. The difference in quality compared to what I had before is like night and day – it feels like a brand-new space.While it wasn’t the cheapest option, the value for money is incredible. Honestly, I almost feel like I scammed them – that’s how happy I am with the outcome!The installation itself was completed within the timeframe agreed at the outset, and once the date was locked in, everything ran like clockwork. The project coordinator kept me updated daily, and I always knew exactly who was coming and when. Every tradesperson was prompt, efficient, tidy, and respectful – a real credit to the company.There were a few bumps earlier in the process. After the surveyor’s visit, I needed to make some changes to the plans, and it took two weeks (and some chasing) to get the revised costs. There was also a bit of a communication gap afterward where I wasn’t sure what was happening. I would have appreciated more regular updates during that stage.The showroom experience in Leeds was also a bit of a letdown. It might have just been the timing of my visit, but it didn’t leave a strong impression. If I hadn’t been so motivated, I could easily have walked away without committing.All in all though, I’m still super happy with the end result. The transformation is amazing, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a conservatory upgrade.
