Good experience throughout. Our design consultant (Saj) was friendly and approachable and there was no 'hard sell'. He helped us consider all the options and respected our final decisions. The surveyor was also friendly and efficient, as were the two fitters, who worked exceptionally hard and left everything clean and tidy. Unfortunately, one of the panes cracked during installation but it was made safe and a replacement pane was ordered immediately. This had to be manufactured to order but it was still fitted within 2 weeks by another friendly fitter. Our coordinator (Connor) kept in regular contact with us throughout. We are really pleased with our new windows and door.
