I had a new roof installed on my conservatory. Rob the salesman from Solar was very professional provide a drawing and pricing that was very decent. Once the installation date was provided , I was contacted by Kat the installation co-ordinator who provided a schedule of the installation - so I had a detailed plan of the electrics , installation and plastering work and which day they would take place. Near the time Kat kept me informed of what time the tradesman would be arriving etc and would also call at the end of each day to ensure everything was ok. Great customer service. The tradesman were very professional and tidy. All in all the installation went really smoothly especially when I had it done in school half term with two small children to look after.
