We decided to have our windows swapped out. The sales meeting was great - felt very at ease and it was really good to hear all the options. The office team were good at organising a time for the installation which suited us and I felt they were very organised. The install went off without a hitch - the two guys were very polite and efficient. Not even damage to the paint as far as we can see! Only took two days to do the whole house and the windows look so much better. No more drafts as well! Thank you!
