After waiting over three months for a warranty claim to be addressed, much of that time involved a third-party warranty company. It has been explained why the warranty process takes considerably longer than with other companies. I will update my review once my system has its battery replaced and is fully operational. Previously, I had a positive experience with a warranty claim, but now, claiming through third parties is nearly impossible and takes months. Update: The batteries have been replaced with second-hand ones of lower quality. The third-party warranty company needs to familiarize themselves with consumer law. At least my system is operational, albeit with inferior replacements. Now I await clarification on whether these inferior batteries are temporary or permanent.
