Solaris Law Ltd firm’s website promises a 'laser-sharp focus on the detail' and a commitment to 'Integrity and Empathy.' CEO Mel Chell publicly claims that Solaris Law is 'Bigger. Better. Braver.' and has 'embedded the FCA Consumer Duty at every level.' There is a staggering disconnect between these marketing promises and the reality of their department’s actions.As a matter of grave regulatory concern when Officers of the Court specifically senior members fail in their fundamental duty to ensure data integrity. As in my case this enforcement is based on fabricated data, data irregularity and red flag tactics picked up by UK Debtline and other regulated advisors.
