Company should be seriously investigated. I had a loan from Funding Circle (Another company to be investigated) years ago for my business. No problem paying my monthly instalments until lockdown.. My business that I've worked my heart & soul into hasn't been the same since. So in lockdown I couldn't afford my monthly payments & totally understandable I wasn't able to work.. This company then took over my loan to collect.. I called when I received the letter & never in my life have I been spoken too in such disrespect.. I couldn't talk or explain my situation she just talked over me. I emailed SolarisLaw to complain & asked to sort my payment plan. After my complaint I got an apology from Kerry Hands & to send my expenditure form. I sent my details & did what they advised through Stepchange. Sent all details over, & asked for a payment plane & sort direct debit. I then got a letter from high courts that Azzurro Associates had taken over my loan & its now with Hight Courts? Thanks for letting me know? & a dept agency??? Ive not actually had time to breath or take this in.. I even chased them up & asked if I could sort a direct debit.. Nothing? no reply? I chased this up & was given a number for a Mr Thomas through High Courts as he's now Sorting?? Not professional in the slightest if you ask me.. I called him as I was bloody scared I don't want bailiffs coming to my home so I called & all I had was total base music in the background? 13th Aug 2025 & no care (I can't write what he said) Im coming to your house.. After months of stressing I got a letter from Solarislaw to say they are taking over my loan again 23rd Sep 2025 & I don't need to do anything at this stage? This evening I had a visit from Mr Thomas? 11/06/2025 (Bailiff) Im guessing they all use the same name.. certainly wasn't the guy I talked to back in Aug? Came into my pourch & demanded access to my rented home to take anything to the value? I have nothing? I was so lucky my son was with me, if he wasn't I don't know what I would of done after he left. its so hard to deal with theses things alone. This needs to stop.
