How do I do negative stars…so bad that I’m willing to take the time to leave a review. What an absolute dog S**** show. The worst experience ever and you couldn’t pay me to do this again. ABSOLUTELY ZERO COMMUNICATION. Salesman basically tried to scam me after I signed documents by upping the price of the battery when the numbers had already been established and signed because of the screw up between solar seasame, the financing company Sunnova and the installer. Then absolute no communication from the project manager between him myself and any of the other companies utilized in this process. Now there are solar panels installed on my house in an incorrect layout as opposed to the layoutRevision that I signed which apparently now this company has no oversight of this and it’s on the financial company Sunnova who has also had next to no communication with me or with solar seasame. All of a sudden I find out from the salesman he no longer works here from his direct number rather than an informing call because the project manager was useless as a box of rocks. This mattered because I had to go out of my way to talk to him to find out anything about this project in the 6 plus months it took to have anything happen. Now that solar seasame apparently “no longer operates in north Florida” (from the salesman) I had absolutely zero luck with any contact information on solar seasame site to even get ahold of them. So now my project is lingering with again zero knowledge on what is even the plan of action to get this fixed. Would not recommend any day of the year. Not worth it an absolute terrible experience with an absolute worse company. If you give me contact information I can reach out for further Information.
