I engaged this firm for a legal matter, but it quickly became apparent that they lacked the necessary expertise. I had to repeatedly explain basic details, and the solicitor admitted to not reviewing key documents. This seriously undermined my confidence in their ability to manage my case effectively. Instead of drafting a clear letter before claim, they prepared an unhelpful document, leading to extensive edits that I was billed for. Eventually, I was told to edit the letter myself, which was unprofessional given the fees I was paying. A barrister was involved but added little value, and I was advised to seek another, incurring further costs. After four months and nearly £7,000 in fees, I saw no meaningful progress and felt compelled to withdraw my instruction. I will be escalating this matter for independent review and cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.
