They have a proper footbed, are incredibly soft, and there’s nothing off about them; that instant relief when you slip them on is real. They addressed my concerns thoughtfully instead of sending a generic reply. What really impressed me was their Aftercare. I decided to keep the sandals, and I'm really glad I did. Would I order again? Yes, probably sooner than I originally intended. 😬
