Although my spares arrived promptly, the box they arrived in was badly weathered, and the plastic bag inside had been opened. The mop pads I received were for the Hobot D-7, but the box they were in was for D-8, which is what I own. I raised a query via the website contact page. The query was dealt with promptly, and the replacement pads arrived within 2 days, along with 2 further courtesy mop pads.
