The return or exchange of the items policy is absolutely disappointing!
Bought 10 boxes, but 6 boxes were way to small than we've expected, or realised, and we wanted to exchange them for bigger ones, or if not, refund. I contacted the seller and they said I need it to pay 21 pounds to return, or return them myself, and then they can process things.... Boxes cost us £38 (plus delivery) so it wasn't worth it to waste more money, to return and then on redelivery again!, so I put them on the workshop shelf to gather dust.
Another thing that wasn't to impressed with.., even though these boxes cost us quiet bit, just over £125, when they came the air tight seal that supposed to be air tight, it wasn't quiet air tight, and the seal that was poured on the inside lip of the lid with some sort of foamy jell, it wasn't even and it was a bit messy.
Overall, to expensive, and if you make a mistake is goana cost you double or triple, to have them delivered, returned, or re-delivered if you want to yo exchange them again...
Another thing to mention, might not be their fault, but the courier they used, dropped the parcel in front of the gate right on the streets and left them there, when we got home few hours later these were left on the street, anybody could have picked them up and gone with them in the boot
So, personally I will not buy from this seller again
