So far the service has been good - the purchase was shipped promptly and arrived when they said it would. There was a defect in the product (more on that in the "rate products" section). I sent an email the day before Christmas and got a reply 4 days later, which is great response time considering the season. They've offered me a refund or exchange. In order to avoid round trip shipping costs, I proposed an alternative deal and they agreed. All this with great response time. Would deal with them again.
