If I could leave half a star I would. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in a long time.
Ordered a worktop, paid for it and delivery. Waited two days to be told, actually that one can’t be delivered to London but you can collect it from Birmingham.
Picked a different one, was told it would arrive Wednesday so I had a carpenter booked in for the following day; then an email to say that actually it would arrive Friday.
Friday, the worktop arrives but no colorfill so I have to put the fitter off again.
A whole day on the phone got me nowhere. Monday comes and I’m told it’s been posted. It’s now Tuesday and I have a worktop on the floor that can’t be fitted.
Their idea of customer service is to suggest they’ll refund me the cost of the colorfill, that I don’t have.
Absolute jokers, no idea of customer service.
