If I could rate lower, I absolutely would! I ordered a black turtleneck sweater and received no confirmation, yet the $39.99 was deducted from my account immediately, which struck me as odd. It took two weeks to arrive, which I thought was acceptable. However, the material felt rough like burlap, the color appeared faded, and the turtleneck was so small that it wouldn't fit over my three-year-old granddaughter's head. Before purchasing, I carefully reviewed the return policy since I was ordering from abroad. The customer service was unhelpful. I emailed them only to be told they couldn't find my name or order number. I provided a screenshot of the packaging, my bank statement, and the tracking numbers from the bag the unattractive sweater came in. I requested just a return address to send the item back at my own expense, as per their policy. “Molly” responded with options: 1. Choose something else, 2. Get a gift card for their products, or 3. Receive a 10% refund and keep the sweater. I declined all options and requested a full refund after returning the sweater. Since then, I’ve received no further communication. This company is a scam, and I recommend shopping elsewhere.
